Shipping policy
Delivery Area We deliver to addresses across the UK mainland. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other remote areas may take longer and could incur additional charges — we'll contact you if this applies to your order.
Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over £200: FREE standard delivery
- Orders under £200: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight
Order Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
